Key Responsibilities

Provide physical therapy services and patient care under the direction of a licensed physical therapist within assisted living and memory care settings. Manage patient treatment plans, supervise rehab technicians, and maintain accurate documentation and billing records.

Requirements

Must be a graduate of an APTA accredited school of physical therapy and hold a valid state license. Requires the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting 30 pounds and traveling between community locations.
