Key Responsibilities

The counselor will observe and assist consumers in a residential setting, providing ongoing counseling for mental health services and supervising recreational activities. Essential functions include on-site support, communicating observations to the team, and participating in the development and coordination of various service plans and community services.

Requirements

Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in AMHR, WRAP, and IMR, maintain required certifications (CPR, First Aid, Handle With Care), and have working knowledge of medications. Required education is either a BA in a health-related field, an Associate's degree with 2 years of related experience, an LPN with 2 years of related experience, or a High School Diploma with 4 years of related experience, along with a valid NJ driver's license.
