The Physical Therapist Assistant will assist in developing and implementing patient care plans, including performing therapeutic exercises and educating families. They are also responsible for maintaining accurate clinical documentation and coordinating with the physical therapist and nursing staff regarding patient progress and discharge.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program and hold a current Florida license with BLS certification. Reliable transportation and strong communication skills are required, while one year of home health experience is preferred.
