Key Responsibilities

will be accountable for: Ensuring a high level of communication between theatres, wards, doctors and receptionists Scheduling accurate theatre allocations, factoring time allocations and procedural complexity Efficient and accurate collection and input of patient and theatre data in to the computer system Accurate and prompt data entry and record filing Maintaining patient confidentiality What makes a difference for us? Exceptional communication and organisational skills, with an ability to prioritise your workload Willingness to be flexible and adapt within a fast paced, constantly changing environment Previous experience in bookings within a similar theatre environment Sound knowledge of medical terminology and medical surgical procedures Experience with medical systems, including Cerner, Operating Theatre Utilisation System or equivalent Willingness to obtain required vaccinations in line with hospitals infection control requirements What makes a difference for you?
