The therapist will develop therapeutic relationships with clients, conduct diagnostic assessments, and provide individual therapy for mental health and substance use disorders. They are responsible for maintaining concurrent documentation and developing comprehensive treatment plans based on client needs.
A Master's degree in a behavioral health-related field such as Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling is required. Candidates must possess clinical experience, which can be fulfilled through internships or practicums completed during their graduate program.
