Key Responsibilities

Provides skilled occupational therapy services in a home health setting according to physician-approved care plans. Evaluates patient functioning, designs therapeutic activities, and monitors progress to promote independence and injury management.

Requirements

Requires an active Michigan Occupational Therapy license, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation. Previous home health care experience is preferred.
