About the Role

Join Allergy & Ent Assoc as a Physician Liaison/Referral Development in United States. Allergy & ENT Associates is looking for a Physician Liaison/Referral Development Specialist needed in North Dallas! What are we about?

Key Responsibilities

Partner with the Director of Marketing to develop and execute strategies that increase patient referrals and strengthen provider relationships.

Track, analyze, and report on referral trends to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.

Serve as a key point of contact for referring providers, ensuring ongoing engagement and satisfaction.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with identified physicians and medical practices in Houston, Austin, and Dallas.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (required).

Progressive sales, marketing, or business development experience in the healthcare industry (required).

Strong relationship

building and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with physicians and healthcare professionals.
