Key Responsibilities

The Pediatric Occupational Therapist leads evaluative, evidence-based therapy for early childhood populations and manages direct patient care including treatment planning and goal setting. They also collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and supervise support staff to ensure holistic patient success.

Requirements

Candidates must hold an active and current Virginia State Occupational Therapist License or be eligible to obtain one. Proficiency in sensory processing, fine and gross motor skill development, and pediatric billing guidelines is required.
