Key Responsibilities
- Maintain timely and complete clinical records in electronic recordkeeping system in accordance with licensing and funder
Requirements
- Maintain required caseload with a variety of challenging cases. Participate in joining with clients as demonstrated by kept appointments.
- Participate in Youth and Family Services crisis intervention as appropriate and assigned.
- Facilitate referrals to Bridge medication management services when clinically indicated. Administrative/Staff Relationships
- Support the Mission of the Bridge Family Center, the Outpatient Clinics, and the Youth and Family Services Department.
