About the Role

Join Tippecanoe County Government as a Licensed Addiction Counselor – Community Corrections in United States. Key Responsibilities

Assesses and reports cases of chemical dependency, substance abuse, potential suicide, physical abuse, sexual abuse, and neglect.

Facilitates individuals or group classes in compliance with Standards of Care, addressing substance abuse education and relapse prevention.

Aids in completion, with regards to substance abuse treatments, of progress reports, discharge summaries and documentation of treatment sessions.

Requirements

hour call and respond swiftly, rationally and decisively to emergency situations.

Work Schedule

Full-Time position.

Call responsibilities required.

Weekend coverage may be required.

Night or evening shifts may be required.
