About the Role

As a Kidney Care Advocate I at Fresenius Medical Care, you will provide administrative support and patient education to ensure patients and caregivers understand renal replacement therapy options.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Regional Home Therapy team.
• Educate patients on dialysis modalities and kidney transplantation.
• Assist patient care teams with dialysis initiation and transitions.
• Maintain communication with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Coordinate patient admissions and referrals.
• Promote Kidney Care Advocate services and education.
• Document patient interactions accurately.
• Support educational programs for physicians and staff.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum one year experience in teaching or sales.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
