About the Role

Join Children's Health as a Clinical Pharmacist (ED - Plano) in United States.

Key Responsibilities

Review orders for appropriateness and complete final verification.

Assess the effectiveness, safety and affordability of patient medications.

Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to develop and optimize patient medication therapy and provide pharmacotherapy consultations as requested in practice area.

Provide drug information on medication use, dosage, side effects and composition to physicians, nurses, and patients/families.

Requirements
