Behavioral Health Technician

Key Responsibilities

The Behavioral Health Technician manages the facility milieu, ensures client safety, and provides therapeutic support through active engagement and crisis intervention. They are responsible for documenting client progress, assisting with daily living activities, and collaborating with the clinical team to implement treatment plans.

Requirements

Candidates should have at least one year of experience working with mental health clients and a high school diploma or equivalent. Possession of a valid driver's license and the ability to obtain CPR, First Aid, and CPI certifications within the first few months of employment is required.
