This position qualifies for federal student loan forgiveness. After 10 years of qualifying payments while working full-time for a nonprofit employer, the remaining balance on your Direct Loans may be forgiven.

Key Responsibilities

Plans and/or assists with patient discharge from therapy services.

Performs and documents initial and ongoing assessments of patient's condition including type and frequency of treatment.

Supervises and delegates the care provided by certified occupational therapy assistants and therapy technicians according to established licensing laws, state regulations and practice standards.

Mentors peers and students.

Requirements

Card (BLS AHA ECARD)

American Heart Association (AMERICAN HEART), BLS Cert American Heart_non ecard (BLS AHA)

American Heart Association (AMERICAN HEART), Occupational Therapy License (OT LICENSE)

Patient = 80% Lifting or Carrying 2501 lbs
