About the Role
Join Focus Behavioral Health as a Residential Milieu Counselor – On-Call in United States. This position takes place in a highly structured 24 hour residential facility program working with at-risk youth clientele. Assist the population in improving their behaviors and meeting their treatment goals in order for them to step down to a lower level of care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide therapeutic care and treatment of all clients equally and effectively according to the standards out.
- Develop and adhere to a written daily schedule and post it within the facility for all staff and clients to.
- Provide practical leadership in the milieu based on the principles of containment treatment of special needs.
- Conduct a minimum of one daily group (status, offense specific daily group) that adheres to the program mode.
Requirements
- worker relationships. Other duties as assigned. Minimum 21 years of age. All employment contingent upon satisfactory results of background check and drug screening.
Benefits & Compensation
- Hourly rate: $17/hr.
Work Schedule
- Per Diem position.
- Call responsibilities required.
