Lead Pharmacist, Pharmacy Compliance

Key Responsibilities

The Lead Pharmacist will oversee day-to-day USP compliance, manage environmental monitoring programs, and maintain the facility's SOP library. They are responsible for conducting gap assessments, managing CAPA programs, and acting as the primary compliance interface for the compounding facility.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a B.S. in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. and an active, unrestricted pharmacist license. A minimum of 3 years of experience in sterile compounding operations or pharmaceutical QA at a 503A facility is required.
