About the Role

Boulder Care seeks a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner for Addiction Medicine. This is a part-time, fully remote telehealth role focused on outpatient treatment of substance use disorders.

Key Responsibilities

Provide medication-assisted treatment for opioid use disorder.
Use harm reduction principles.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team.
Deliver care via video, audio, and text.
Complete documentation and participate in team communication.

Requirements

Active NP license and PMHNP certification in Colorado.
