About the Role

Boulder Care seeks a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner for Addiction Medicine. This is a part-time, fully remote telehealth role focused on outpatient treatment of substance use disorders.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide medication-assisted treatment for opioid use disorder.
• Use harm reduction principles.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team.
• Deliver care via video, audio, and text.
• Complete documentation and participate in team communication.

Requirements

• Active NP license and PMHNP certification in Colorado.
• Minimum 1 year addiction treatment experience.
• 3+ years clinical experience preferred.
• Proficient with EMR and telehealth tools.
• Ability to work independently.
• Private workspace with lockable door and high-speed internet.
