Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in an outpatient primary care setting within the last 5 years.
• Board certified in Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics, or Board Eligible with intent to obtain certification within one year of hire.
• State licensed to practice in Colorado prior to your start date.
