Key Responsibilities

• Provides patient care (under clinical supervision) Provides evidenced based individual, group, family and/or couples therapy as the role requires.

• Conducts collaborative diagnostic assessments with patient as the role requires.

• Creates and implements treatment plans based on patient need as the role requires.

• Completes comprehensive documentation of clinical care and care coordination.

Requirements

• MN Board of Social Work required or Licensed Professional Counselor

• MN Board of Behavioral Health & Therapy required or Associate Marriage and Family Therapist

• Salary: $68K - $94K

Work Schedule
