Key Responsibilities

• a. Provides leadership, management, and oversight of programs that support VISN CRH Primary Care delivery of care.
• h. Provide ongoing outpatient assigned patients.
• n. Provide education and counseling for patients and families in preventative care, medical conditions, and use of prescribed treatments and drugs.

Requirements

• Licensure: 1 full and unrestricted license from any US State or territory
• Selective Service Registration is required for males born after 12/31/1959.
• You may be required to serve a probationary period.
