LMSW Social Worker

This is a 13-week contract position for an LMSW Social Worker licensed in Colorado. The role involves suicide risk assessments, substance use assessments, discharge planning, and community resource coordination in an acute hospital setting in Englewood, Colorado.

You will work fixed day shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, providing behavioral health expertise including SBIRT and discharge planning. Two years of recent social work experience in acute care and behavioral health is required.

Preferred qualifications include emergency department experience and knowledge of palliative care and goals of care conversations.
