Key Responsibilities

• Patient Support and Assistance: Provide direct support to patients during various aspects of treatment, including activities of daily living, therapeutic exercises, and recreational activities.

• Observation and Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient behaviors, progress, and responses to treatment interventions.

• Report any significant changes or concerns to the clinical team promptly.

• Crisis Intervention: Assist in managing and de-escalating crisis situations effectively and safely.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or related field preferred.

• Previous experience working in a behavioral health or mental health setting preferred.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $26 - $33/hr

• CME allowance: $1,500.

• 401(k) with employer match.

Work Schedule

• Part-Time position.

• Day shift only - no nights.
