- Patient Support and Assistance: Provide direct support to patients during various aspects of treatment, including activities of daily living, therapeutic exercises, and recreational activities.
- Observation and Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient behaviors, progress, and responses to treatment interventions.
- Report any significant changes or concerns to the clinical team promptly.
- Crisis Intervention: Assist in managing and de-escalating crisis situations effectively and safely.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience working in a behavioral health or mental health setting preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Benefits & Compensation
- Salary: $26 - $33/hr
- CME allowance: $1,500.
