Key Responsibilities
- will oversee nursing and hospital operations during assigned shifts to ensure quality general and psychiatric patient care; supervises staffing and scheduling, provides direct nursing care, and supports department managers with education, discipline, and compliance.

- Manage scheduling and staffing for the nursing department, ensure coverage, minimize overtime and agency us.
- Provide backup nursing and intake assistance, respond to patient needs, and advocate for patients.
Requirements
- for Associate’s degree in nursing required.
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) state license required.
- CPR and de‑escalation certification required within 30 days of hire.
