Key Responsibilities

will oversee nursing and hospital operations during assigned shifts to ensure quality general and psychiatric patient care; supervises staffing and scheduling, provides direct nursing care, and supports department managers with education, discipline, and compliance.

Manage scheduling and staffing for the nursing department, ensure coverage, minimize overtime and agency us.

Provide backup nursing and intake assistance, respond to patient needs, and advocate for patients.

Requirements

for Associate’s degree in nursing required.

Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) state license required.

CPR and de‑escalation certification required within 30 days of hire.

Full-Time position.
