Key Responsibilities

  • Case Management and Collaboration: The Child and Family Mental Health Provider will maintain ongoing communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure strong partnerships.
  • This may include communication with referral sources, service providers, community mental health providers and care team members.
  • as well as, assisting families with accessing community services and transitioning to other treatment providers when needed.

Requirements

  • 2 years experience LMSW MO Licensed Master's Social Worker MO
  • If you are hired to work in Missouri, you need to have Missouri License (LMSW/LSCSW) or (LCPC) upon hire. Within 90 days you must also obtain a Kansas License. LPC MO Licensed Professional Counselor
  • If you are hired to work in Missouri, you need to have Missouri License (LMSW/LCSW) or (LPC) upon hire. Within 90 days you must also obtain a Kansas License.
