Key Responsibilities

NRT staff respond to fluctuating needs within HHS based on patient acuity, staff absences, and vacancies across various departments. As an NRT Nurse, you will gain exposure to diverse patient populations including medical/surgical, pediatrics, women’s health, perioperative, and critical care.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a current Certificate of Registration as a Registered Nurse in Ontario and Basic Cardiac Life Support certification, with recent acute medical/surgical experience preferred. Additional specialized certifications are preferred or required depending on the specific area of interest, such as Critical Care, Emergency, or Pediatrics.
