Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough assessments of residents' health status and needs.

Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessments.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

Monitor residents' progress and make necessary adjustments to care plans.

Requirements

Fresh or newly licensed RNs are welcome

Experienced RN is preferred

Experience in a skilled nursing facility/long

term care/senior care is a plus
