About the Role

Join Octave as a partner group practice in Pennsylvania providing virtual and in-person mental health therapy. Focus on adult clients with stress, anxiety, and depression using evidence-based therapies like CBT and DBT.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide therapy to adults managing stress, anxiety, and depression.
• Use short-term, evidence-based approaches such as CBT or DBT.
• Offer culturally responsive care.
• See clients virtually and/or in person (own office space required).

Requirements

• At least 3 fully licensed clinicians joining Octave.
• Clinicians must be fully licensed (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, PsyD) in Pennsylvania.
• Good standing with licensing board.
• Minimum 1 year post-license experience (2+ preferred).
• Training in CBT, DBT, trauma-focused treatments, or similar.
• Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field.

Benefits & Compensation

• Hourly rate: $58-$133 for master's level license.
