Key Responsibilities

- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Must have training and demonstrate expertise regarding diagnostic criteria of individuals with substance use disorders and/or mental health issues.
- Thorough knowledge of caseload management and rehabilitation methods, principles and techniques as they relate to mental health and/or substance use disorder treatment services.
- Detailed knowledge of the problems encountered by persons with mental health and/or substance use disorders.
Requirements
- escalation for Outpatient programs Demonstrate understanding of Collaborative Service Goals (CSGs) within 30 Days of employment. Achievement of thirty
- six (36) hour training requirements within a 2 year period in accordance with 9 CSR 10
