About the Role
Join LifeStance Health as a Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) in Richmond, VA. This full-time hybrid role offers a blend of in-person and remote work with a minimum of 3 days in-office. You will provide outpatient mental health services to adults and/or children in a supportive multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based mental health therapy.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and nurse practitioners.
- Utilize telehealth platforms and EHR software.
Requirements
- Licensed and credentialed in Virginia as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
- Experience with adult and/or child/adolescent populations.
- Proficiency in telehealth and Microsoft 365 tools.
Benefits & Compensation
- Annual salary range $85,000 to $103,000.
- Sign-on bonus available.
- Annual cash bonus up to $8,000.
