About the Role
Matrix Medical Network offers a PRN Nurse Practitioner role conducting comprehensive in-home clinical assessments for older adults and at-risk individuals across Georgia. This role allows flexible scheduling based on your availability.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct adult and geriatric health assessments in patients’ homes or skilled nursing facilities
- Review medical history, medication adherence, social environment, and risks
- Order point of care and lab testing as needed
- Collaborate with physicians, case managers, social workers, and caregivers
- Document assessments clearly following Matrix protocols
Requirements
- Master’s degree or equivalent NP licensure
- Current NP licensure with prescription authority or ability to obtain
- Board certification in Adult, Gerontology, Family, Emergency, or Acute Care specialty
- Current BLS, ACLS, or CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license and insurance

- Monthly earnings range approximately $1,800 to $11,500 depending on volume

Work Schedule
- Flexible scheduling Sunday through Saturday, 8 am to 7 pm
