About the Role

Matrix Medical Network offers a PRN Nurse Practitioner role conducting comprehensive in-home clinical assessments for older adults and at-risk individuals across Georgia. This role allows flexible scheduling based on your availability.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct adult and geriatric health assessments in patients’ homes or skilled nursing facilities
Review medical history, medication adherence, social environment, and risks
Order point of care and lab testing as needed
Collaborate with physicians, case managers, social workers, and caregivers
Document assessments clearly following Matrix protocols

Requirements

Master’s degree or equivalent NP licensure
Current NP licensure with prescription authority or ability to obtain
Board certification in Adult, Gerontology, Family, Emergency, or Acute Care specialty
Current BLS, ACLS, or CPR certification
Valid driver’s license and insurance

Benefits & Compensation

Competitive pay based on completed assessments ($90-$115 each)
Monthly earnings range approximately $1,800 to $11,500 depending on volume

Flexible scheduling Sunday through Saturday, 8 am to 7 pm
