Nurse Practitioner - PRN

About the Role

Matrix Medical Network offers a PRN Nurse Practitioner role conducting comprehensive in-home clinical assessments for older adults and at-risk individuals across Georgia. This role allows flexible scheduling based on your availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct adult and geriatric health assessments in patients’ homes or skilled nursing facilities
• Review medical history, medication adherence, social environment, and risks
• Order point of care and lab testing as needed
• Collaborate with physicians, case managers, social workers, and caregivers
• Document assessments clearly following Matrix protocols

Requirements

• Master’s degree or equivalent NP licensure
• Current NP licensure with prescription authority or ability to obtain
• Board certification in Adult, Gerontology, Family, Emergency, or Acute Care specialty
• Current BLS, ACLS, or CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license and insurance

• Competitive pay based on completed assessments ($90-$115 each)
• Monthly earnings range approximately $1,800 to $11,500 depending on volume

Work Schedule

• Flexible scheduling Sunday through Saturday, 8 am to 7 pm
