Key Responsibilities

• Treat all individuals with dignity and respect while maintaining agency standards of confidentiality, professionalism, and objectivity.

• Provide intervention, evaluation/assessment, and individual, group, and family counseling to individuals affected by behavioral health conditions across all outpatient treatment programs.

• Develop and maintain a community referral network.

• Provide education and training to individuals, groups, and agencies.

Requirements

• productivity hours as set by agency standards.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

• Qualifications: Master’s degree in a behavioral healthcare field licensable in Iowa (required for treatment of a primary mental health diagnosis).

• For clinicians treating individuals with a primary mental health diagnosis, a license as an LMFT, LMHC, LMSW, LISW, or psychologist is required.
