Key Responsibilities

The professional will conduct clinical assessments, diagnose patients, and develop collaborative treatment plans while providing individual, group, and family interventions. They will also maintain compliant documentation and actively participate in a team-based care model to support patient self-management goals.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related human services field. A valid clinical license such as LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LCMHC, LCAS, or LPA is required, along with CPR/AED and First Aid certifications.
