Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Eligible

This position qualifies for federal student loan forgiveness. After 10 years of qualifying payments while working full-time for a nonprofit employer, the remaining balance on your Direct Loans may be forgiven.

Key Responsibilities

Demonstrates leadership and works collaboratively with Primary Care Team and other interdisciplinary team members;
Provides education to patients and their families;
Assesses and adjusts the plan of care as needed to achieve optimal patient outcomes;
Acts as a primary provider for chronic pain management;
Manages patients with chronic pain, Opioid Use Disorder and dual diagnosis, prescribing of buprenorphine;
Coordinates pain management for patients referred to the interdisciplinary pain team; and
