Key Responsibilities

We are seeking Pain Management Nurse Practitioners to join our team of providers.
Perform history and physical examination
Provide medication (narcotic and non-narcotic) management based on the established practice guidelines
Perform trigger point injections, botox/ Dysport injections, removal of temporary SCS leads, and greater occipital nerve blocks

Requirements

Master’s degree or higher from an accredited school of nursing
Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the state
