Key Responsibilities
- Function independently to provide high quality patient care in a way that is collaborative and patient centric.
- Develops and monitors appropriate treatment plans, communicates effectively with the patient, family when appropriate, and care team.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Provides relevant education and counseling to patients and families to support care plan, treatment, and discharge
Requirements
- Experience with orthopedic reductions, first assist duties, consults, minor procedures, wound care, splinting, and casting.

- May be required to float to other departments (within scope of competency and qualifications) based on business need
