Key Responsibilities

• Travel: This site will NOT accept local providers. Candidates must disclose their departing city at the time of submission.

Requirements

• EMR: Epic (Virtual training and modules required).
• Surgical First Assisting: As needed (experience/certification is highly preferred).
• Certification: Active AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA certification (Required).
• Licensure: Active Colorado (CO) state license (Required).
• DEA: Active DEA registration (Required); must be willing to transfer to CO.
• NPDB: A Self-Query NPDB report dated within the last 30 days must be provided at the time of presentation (Required).

Work Schedule

• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (No weekends or call).
• The provider will support the Orthopedic Surgeon on call by performing the following duties for adult and geriatric patient populations:
