About the Role

LifeStance Health is hiring a full-time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in Los Angeles, California. This role offers flexibility to create your own caseload and choose the amount of psychotherapy you provide.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric care including medication management and psychotherapy.
• Manage your own caseload and patient volume.
• Work collaboratively within a behavioral health team.

Requirements

• Licensed PMHNP in California.
• Minimum 1 year independent psychiatric NP experience.
• 103 status preferred but not required.
• Experience with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.

Benefits & Compensation

• Competitive salary range $200,000 to $250,000 based on productivity with uncapped earning potential.
