Requirements

Minimum Education Level Graduate of an accredited and recognized medical school required.

Minimum Licensure Requirements Eligible for medical licensing in the State of Illinois.

Minimum Certification Requirements Board certification/Board eligible in area of expertise.

Minimum Work Experience Minimum of 2 years of experience in area of expertise in OBGYN Hospital Medicine preferred.
