Job Description

About the Role

Join War Child Alliance as a Mental Health Provider – Emergency Context in United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • provide a range of psychosocial support services for staff.
  • provide 3–4 types of support services, including: A.
  • provide services in Arabic (mandatory) and English (preferred).
  • provide culturally sensitive support
  • Excellent facilitation skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communicatio.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Psychology, Counselling Psychology, Social Work (MHPSS focus), or related field.
  • Valid license to practice psychotherapy in Lebanon.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of clinical experience, preferably including work in emergency, conflict, or trauma contexts.
  • Experience providing online therapy and group facilitation.
