Key Responsibilities

Clinical Interventions: Provide brief mental health and substance abuse interventions in an integrated care team environment.

Assess and diagnose mental health and substance use disorders according to the DSM.

Utilize Motivational Interviewing (MI), Brief Action Planning, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to address co-occurring health needs.

Referral and Care Coordination: Make internal and external referrals based on client needs and coordinate care between medical providers, therapists, and external agencies.
