The BCBA will conduct assessments, develop individualized behavior intervention plans, and provide consultative services across home and community settings. They are also responsible for supervising RBTs and Behavior Technicians while collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams to maximize client outcomes.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in ABA or a related field and possess a current BCBA certification. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is required.
