Key Responsibilities

Provides short term targeted psychotherapy for problems identified by primary care providers

Performs initial and ongoing behavioral health assessment to develop patient care plans

Evaluates patients to identify social, emotional, and economic factors which may interfere with obtaining maximum

Requirements

Documents legible and legally defensible medical records Qualifications Education/Experience

Doctorate degree in psychology with a valid CA Psychology License, or

Master’s degree in social work with a valid CA LCSW License, or

Master’s degree in marriage and family therapy with a valid CA LMFT License, or

Work Schedule

Full-Time position.

Hybrid position - combination of remote and on-site.
