The Behavioral Health Associate provides personal care services and ensures patient safety through regular supervision and structured environmental support. They are responsible for documenting clinical information, facilitating rehabilitative groups, and assisting patients with activities of daily living.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have a positive, empathetic attitude toward patient care. Certification in CPR, de-escalation, and restraint techniques is required, with training provided upon hire.
