Key Responsibilities

& Responsibilities Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to address and resolve issues impacting resident care, social programming, and recreational services.

Provide consultation and support for resident services, including enrichment and recreational programming.

Assist with the development, implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement of program policies, procedures, and treatment programming.

Support recruitment efforts, including reviewing resumes, participating in interviews, and onboarding new staff.
