Key Responsibilities
- & Responsibilities Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to address and resolve issues impacting resident care, social programming, and recreational services.
- Provide consultation and support for resident services, including enrichment and recreational programming.
- Assist with the development, implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement of program policies, procedures, and treatment programming.
- Support recruitment efforts, including reviewing resumes, participating in interviews, and onboarding new staff.
