Clinical Staff Leader- Pediatric ER- Nights

Lead the Pediatric Emergency Department nursing staff at Monroe Carell Jr. Children's Hospital at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. This role involves supervising and coaching staff, managing unit operations including quality, compliance, finance, and scheduling. You will facilitate education on clinical standards and participate in problem solving to ensure optimal unit performance.

## The position requires a Registered Nurse license, a bachelor's degree, and at least one year of relevant experience, with a preference for two years in pediatric ER. The schedule is 40 hours per week, including two 12-hour night shifts and two 8-hour administrative shifts.
