About the Role

Join Eliada Homes, Inc. as a Residential Therapist – On-Call Required in United States.

Key Responsibilities

Provides clinical supervision and oversight of the treatment milieu and model of care in the identified cottage(s), including active involvement in service delivery.

Integrates evidence-based practices and interventions into the model of care.

Works collaboratively with the Cottage Supervisor to ensure that clinically appropriate services are delivered to eligible students within the residential service definition.

Provides battery of assessments, individual, family, and group therapy for students and compiles information into Comprehensive Clinical Assessment with recommendations.
