About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of assigned caseload including initial and ongoing assessment of clinical needs, develop.

• implement individualized treatment plans, develop and implement patient and family engagement strategies, anti.

• manage communication with referral source professionals and other collateral professionals involved in assi.

• Develop and provide therapeutic and educational activities utilizing individual, family and group modalities.

Requirements

• Minimum Education and Experience Requirements: Masters or Ph.

• in clinical social work, rehabilitation counseling, counselor education, addiction counseling, counseling, marriage and family therapy or other CACREP or CSWE accredited Graduate Degree required.

• A candidate without a Master's Degree may be considered, the candidate must obtain their Master's Degree within six (6) months of hire.

• Minimum of 1 year of clinically supervised experience required, with preference in substance use disorders or co-occurring disorders.

Work Schedule

• Per Diem position.

• Call responsibilities required.
