About the Role

Join Saint Luke's Health System as a Intensive In-Home Therapist – On-Call, Community-Based in United States. Job Description Intensive In-Home Therapy will be provided to children and families who are at risk for placement outside of their home/community or are at risk for hospitalization. The therapist is on-call to the child/family any time.

Key Responsibilities

Provide services of counseling and case management to the family in their own environment for up to 10 hours.

Develop strategies for the child to succeed in the school, home and community.

provide resources for the family to include respite services.

Provide 24 hour/7 days a week on-call availability.

Work Schedule

Full-Time position.

Call responsibilities required.

Weekend coverage may be required.
