About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Clinical Duties (approx.
  • 90% but may flex as needed) Complete medical intakes for patients admitted to Withdrawal Management and residential programs.
  • Develop and document individualized treatment plans consistent with evidence-based practice, harm reduction principles, and patient goals of care.
  • Provide ongoing direct patient care in residential programs in collaboration with nursing, psychiatric, case management, and peer staff.

Requirements

  • Communicates to Clinical Team any medical information that may impact client's participation in treatment.
  • Provides ongoing status reports to Supervisor on responsibilities.

Work Schedule

  • Part-Time position.
  • Call responsibilities required.
