About the Role

Join Parker Jewish Institute for Health Care and Rehabilitation as a Hospice Nurse Practitioner – Full-Time in United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • will be able to provide nursing care to the terminally ill Hospice patient, provide assistance and understanding to the family in the home care situation and in time of bereavement, and work as a member of the Hospice team in providing Hospice care.
  • will be to ensure these needs are met by conducting encounters with our patients to determine their initial and continued eligibility for hospice services.
